When asked if he was a collector, the American actor Art Carney once said, “...I’m Irish, we’re collectors, we even collect lint...”.
The picture on the left shows just a portion of various articles, photos and memorabilia from a musical career that is characterised by performances and recordings beginning in New York City in the sixties and continuing through my move to Denmark/Europe in 1973.
Besides my own “musical lint collection” many people who share my blessed journey, often intersecting with their own, have exchanged graphics, sound clips, articles and more that will be the basis of an ongoing collection, much of which will be posted in from August, 2021 and beyond.
In my time in Malaysia from 2010-2017 I was not performing much, but, upon returning to Denmark, the release of my last New York LP by Centrifuga.dk, along with my teaching job at Struer Musikskolen (Struer Music School), have given me access to the great facilities and helpful, talented and generous colleagues that have allowed me to catch up on writing and developing new concert and recording concepts.
So please check in with me once in a while or get in touch.
